• Susan, former chef for few restaurants in NY and for the Omni restaurant (hotel) in Houston, is an expert in fine French and Asian cooking. She graduated from Alain and Marie Lenotre, French Culinary School in Houston. She also worked as a private family chef and personal catering chef.


  • Xavier grew up in France in a wine and Champagne maker's family where he cultivated his passion for wine. His knowledge in Fine French Food has been developed among the best French Chefs.
